Fire destroys 3 houses on Wilburn

A 11pm fire that appears to have begun in a burnt out historic triplex on Wilburn consumed that house and it’s immediate neighbors last night.

Historic house saved from demolition!

It looks like an historic house scheduled for demolition has been re-slated for renovation! I heard that Habitat for Humanity will invest $70k to fix it up.

Mighty applause to neighborhood residents, our councilperson, Habitat and the city of Nashville that made this happen.
